Doris and Alex | Brick Liberty Station Wedding | San Diego
Doris and Alex held quite the fabulous wedding last month. An incredible occasion filled with love, friendship and amazing details. They started out the day at Homewood Suites in Liberty Station San Diego. Doris picked purple and gold accents to adorn her special day. I loved the classic make up look she rocked. With a bold red lip and elegant up do, she was stunning. Doris and Alex had such an energetic bridal party- there wasn’t a dull moment all day. Especially in the party bus. We moved along to Our Mother of Confidence church for the very traditional ceremony. It was such a lovely clash of cultures. During cocktail hour, they had a mariachi band perform. And during the reception, some of the family gave speeches in Vietnamese.
Everything melded together perfectly just like Doris and Alex, I can truly see such a strong and beautiful connection between these two. Finally, we ended the day at Brick Liberty Station in San Diego. This was my first wedding a Brick and I just fell in love with this venue. It is a complete blank canvas. This allows couple’s imagination take hold. It has concrete floors and brick walls (go figure) and elegant market lights. It speaks to the couple who want to have an intimate event and like to plan all the details. The party was on after Doris and Alex’s grand entrance and we danced the night away.
