This engagement session was held at the San Diego Central Library. Melissa and Charlie are just about the best looking couple i’ve ever seen- I mean, it’s not fair to the rest of us out here when we know there are dreamy couples like this walking around! Melissa said she is currently obsessed with architecture and that “industrial look” for photos. I asked around and my fellow photogs had mentioned that the San Diego Public Central Library is a great place to find that look.
Well, as you can see, it was a total gold mine for what she was looking for! I have to honest we were overrun by homeless people and a few drug dealers (classic downtown in any big city) This made our session that much more of an adventure! We walked around the outer perimeter of the building- which is just breath taking, and then tip toed around inside as to not disturb our fellow San Diegans thumbing through books. TIP: if you are going to be tip toeing around a library for photos- don’t wear high heels and jewelry that chimes when you walk (Melissa and I both learned a lesson on that one) I just can’t wait to see these two tie the knot- and can you image how beautiful their children will be?
